Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cudanel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Window
- You can request a return within (7 days) from the date you receive your order.
- After 7 days from delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Note: We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you have any concerns with your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must have all original tags attached and be in the original packaging (box, bag, accessories, freebies).
- You must provide the order number or proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).
We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Return Process
To start a return:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at cudaneleg@gmail.com.
2. Share your **order number**, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.
3. We will confirm if your return is eligible and send you return instructions and the address.
4. Pack the item securely in the original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable service.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Original shipping fees paid on your order are non-refundable.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or arrange pickup where available.
5. Inspection and Approval
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days.
- We will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If your return is rejected (for example, used, damaged, or outside the 7-day period), the item may be sent back to you at your cost or handled according to our internal procedure.
6. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- We will issue a refund to your original payment method, as selected during the return request.
- Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Any shipping fees, cash-on-delivery fees, or handling fees are not refundable.
If you have not received a refund:
- First check your bank or card account again.
- Then contact your bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges
- If the requested item is not available, we may offer store credit or a refund instead.
For defective or incorrect items, we will replace them with the same item where possible; if not available, you can choose an alternative item or a refund.
8. Orders Cancelled Before Shipping
- If you want to cancel your order before it ships, contact us immediately with your order number at Cudaneleg@gmail.com.
- If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel and issue a full refund.
- If the order is already shipped, please follow the standard return process.
